Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Touch Grass (the "App"), provided by A.L. Jenkins Technology Partners ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. THE APP

Touch Grass is a personal well-being app that encourages and rewards time spent away from your phone. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.

2. TOUCH GRASS PRO (SUBSCRIPTIONS)

Some features are available through an auto-renewing subscription, Touch Grass Pro, offered as a Yearly or Monthly plan, and may include an introductory free trial.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your device's App Store account settings.

Prices are shown in the App in your local currency and may vary by region. We do not process or store your payment information; all purchases are handled by Apple.

3. FREE FEATURES

The App offers core functionality at no cost, including a daily invitation to step away. Free use is subject to the limits described in the App. We may change which features are free or paid; we will not reduce features you have already paid for during your current subscription period.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal purposes, and not to reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with the App except as permitted by law.

5. NOT MEDICAL OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Touch Grass is a well-being and habit tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice. It is not a substitute for professional care. If you have concerns about your health or well-being, consult a qualified professional.

6. DISCLAIMERS

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data stored on your device or in your iCloud account will always be available.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A.L. Jenkins Technology Partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the App.

8. CHANGES

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
