Privacy Policy

A.L. Jenkins Technology Partners ("we", "us") built Touch Grass to be private by design. This policy explains what the App does and does not do with your information.

1. THE SHORT VERSION

Your sessions, reflections, and preferences live on your device. We have no servers that collect your activity, we use no third-party analytics or advertising, and we never sell your data.

2. WHAT THE APP STORES ON YOUR DEVICE

The App keeps the following on your device so it can work: your completed sessions (activity, minutes, optional one-line reflection, timestamp), your streak and totals, and your preferences (daily goal, reminder settings, reduce-motion). This data stays on your device unless you turn on Back up & sync.

3. OPTIONAL iCLOUD BACKUP & SYNC

Back up & sync is off by default. If you turn it on:

• You sign in with Sign in with Apple. Apple provides us a stable, app-specific identifier and, only if you choose to share it, an email address. You may use Apple's "Hide My Email" feature.
• Your app data is stored in YOUR private iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit, so it can sync across your devices. It is stored in your private database; we cannot read it.
• You can sign out at any time in Settings, and you can manage iCloud data in your device's iCloud settings.

4. PURCHASES

Touch Grass Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple. We never receive or store your payment card or billing details. Apple shares with us only the anonymous purchase/entitlement status needed to unlock Pro features.

5. NOTIFICATIONS

If you enable reminders, the App schedules a single daily local notification on your device. Notifications are generated on-device; no reminder content is sent to us or any third party.

6. WHAT WE DO NOT DO

• We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
• We do not build advertising profiles or sell, rent, or trade your data.
• We do not require an account to use the App.

7. DATA RETENTION & DELETION

Your on-device data remains until you delete it in the App or delete the App. If you used iCloud sync, deleting the App does not remove the iCloud copy; manage or delete that data in your device's iCloud settings, or sign out in Settings.

8. CHILDREN

Touch Grass is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. CHANGES

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
